Yogg-Saron
Abilities
We know a few more details on the storyline behind this fight but this would totally spoil the interesting parts of the fight, if you really want to know about it please check this post at your own risksPhase 1The first phase will require you to fight a LOT of adds and will eventually lead to Sara changing into Yogg-Saron. Phase 2The second phase of the fight is against Yogg-Saron, just like C'thun he is protected by a magic barrier only breakable by killing tentacles inside him, you also have to deal with all the tentacles he spawns in the room.This part of the fight heavily relies on the Sanity mechanism. Each player starts with 100% sanity and most of the abilities of Yogg-Saron will lower it, when a player reaches 0% sanity he is permanently mind-controlled by Yogg-Saron. During the 2nd phase of the fight Sanity will be lowered through Yogg-Saron attacks and is also automatically lowered when you're in the room of the 2 tentacles that you have to destroy to break down his shield. |

Psychosis |
Inflicts 7500 Shadow damage. Also reduces Sanity by 9%. 2.9 sec cast |

Brain Link |
Links the brains of two enemy targets. Afflicted targets suffer 3000 Shadow damage and lose 2% Sanity every 1 sec. whenever they are more than 20 yards apart. 50000 yd range, 1.5 sec cast |

Malady of the Mind |
Inflicts 5000 Shadow damage and causes the enemy target to run in horror for 4 sec, then attempts to jump to another enemy within 10 yds. Also reduces Sanity by 3%. 1.5 sec cast |

Lunatic Gaze |
Looking into the maw of madness unhinges your mind, inflicting 5700 to 6300 Shadow damage and reducing Sanity by 4% every 1 sec. for as long as you are facing the caster. Instant |

Induce Madness |
Drives all nearby targets insane, reducing Sanity by 100%. 60 sec cast |
Keepers
You can decide to get the help from the keepers of Ulduar (Freya, Thorim, Mimiron, and Hodir) defeated during previous encounters by talking to them before engaging Sara/Yogg-Saron. They will buff the raid and make the fight a little easier, the hard mode requires you to defeat Yogg-Saron without any keeper helping you.
