  • Ice Lance base damage increased by 20%.
  • Frostbolt base damage increased by 20%.
  • Deep Freeze base damage increased by 20%.
  • Early Frost now reduces the cast time of Frostbolt by 0.35/0.7 secs, up from 0.25/0.5 secs.

Paladin (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Holy
  • Enlightened Judgements now also Increases the range of your Judgement by 5/10 yards.
  • Divinity is gone, moved to Protection
  • Protector of the Innocent is now a Tier 1 Holy Talent and has been revamped - Casting a targeted heal on any target, including yourself, also heals you for 1240.83 to 1427.62. (Multi ranks, but currently all with the same value)

  • Inner Fire no longer has a mana cost.
  • Borrowed Time is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 4.

  • Train of Thought (Tier 5) *New* - You have a 50/100% chance when heal with Greater Heal to reduce the cooldown of your Inner Focus by 5 sec. You have a 50/100% chance when you Smite to reduce the cooldown of your Penance by 1 sec.

Holy
  • Greater Heal now costs 29% of base mana, down from 32% of base mana.
  • Revelations - Holy Word: Sanctuary (Prayer of Healing) effect now lasts 18 sec, up from 15 sec.
  • Blessed Resilience is now a Tier 6 talent, up from Tier 5.
  • Surge of Light is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
  • Trinity is gone.
  • Tome of Light (Tier 4) *New* - Reduces the cooldown of your Holy Word spells by 15/30%.

  • Dual Wield now also allows you to parry frontal melee attacks.
  • Windfury Totem now increases the melee and ranged attack speed of all party and raid members within 40 yards by 10%. (Down from 20%)
  • Feral Spirit now lasts 30 sec, down from 45 sec. Cooldown changed to 2 min, down from 3 min.

Restoration

Warlock (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Affliction
  • Bane of Doom now deals damage every 15 sec, down from 30 sec. Now has a 20% chance to summon a Demon guardian, down from 25%. Only one target can have Bane of Doom at a time, only one Bane per Warlock can be active on any one target.
  • Drain Life now restores 2% total health, down from 5%.
  • Everlasting Affliction now increases the critical effect chance of your Corruption, Seed of Corruption and Unstable Affliction by 10%. (Up from 2%)
  • Soul Swap now costs 18% of base mana, up from 6% of base mana.

Demonology
  • Ritual of Souls now costs 27% of base mana, down from 80% of base mana.
  • Hand of Gul'dan now has a 2 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Impending Doom no longer reduces the cooldown of the Bane of Doom damage effect, now Increases the chance for your Bane of Doom to summon a demon by 10/20/30% when it deals damage.

Destruction
  • Shadowfury base damage has been increased by 235%. (Don't get too excited, it wasn't scaled to Cataclysm yet)
  • Burning Embers - The Burning Ember effect deals up to [ 0.071%/0.143% of Spell Power + 23.921 ] fire damage every 1 sec for 7 sec.
  • Soul Leech now restores 2/4% of your total health and mana, down from 5/10%.

Pets

Warrior (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Arms

Fury
  • Pummel is now usable in Battle and Berserker Stance. (Old - Just Berserker)
  • Enrage now has a 3/6/9% chance to proc, down from 4/8/12%.
  • Battle Trance now affects your next special attack that costs more than 5 rage.

Protection
  • Defensive Stance now increases threat generated by 100%, up from 45%.
  • Thunderstruck now also increases the damage of Rend.
  • Incite - These guaranteed criticals cannot re-trigger the Incite effect. (Tooltip clarification)

    Problem: Chimera Shot and Aimed Shot are so weak that spamming Arcane is more viable for MM hunters.
    Solution: Nerf Arcane into uselessness.

    Buh?

    Yeah, BM hunters are tearing everything apart, but the other two hunter specs are barely able to keep their heads above water, especially with so much stuff requiring you to be in melee range.

    I enjoy being Marks, I'd rather not have to change my spec because we're the new sub rogues.

    pfff, nerf to survival damage, without a real buff to explosive shot and with the aimed shot/arcane nerf MM and Survival have no real competitive dps vs BM anymore, with KC just being on such a small CD at such a High dmg output i REALLY cannot see any hunter being something else without really suffering. I get the whole arcane nerf i really do, as well as Bite/Claw etc. Considering it did like 30k+ crits with high mastery. But come on buff explosive shot for the love of god. with +50% elemental dmg AND 9,000 RAP the best crits i've seen is 3.7k per tick. If all 3 crit thats like 11.1k dmg for 44 focus. Hardly worth the focus spent when i can shoot for the same cost arcane shot twice for 20k dmg. Maybe explosive will be on par with arcane shot dmg now. Still doesn't make our "signature" move any good. Maybe when LnL procs MAYBE. You would think that after months of beta testing and now weeks of ptr testing they would get ontop of the explosive shot problem where no hunter in their right mind even has it on their action bars. BM is becoming the ONLY spec to play and it pisses me off. Another issue is KC dmg will be SO high that your pet will pull aggro everytime and die. This means boss fight goes like this: "MD... oh wait MD doesn't make your pet dmg transfer, KC pet aggroes 1 shot dead, spend 35 focus ressing, KC another 40k+ crit pet pulls dies, res again. repeat till boss is dead". wow how absolutely boring. GG Blizz really.
    Edit: in before yes i know dmg can be modified, but wow its been long people and thats why im frustrated.

    I think this was done to offset the nerf that Arcane shot got (19% to 4% RAP) and the nerf to pets special attacks (14% to 7% RAP)
    While I do believe rebuffing KC was a nice offset for the other 2 nerfs, I think it might have been better off @ 50%. But meh, its all still in testing. one things for sure, spamming only arcane shot won't be better DPS anymore for BM. Back to an interesting rotation!

    I cant believe Rogues aren't getting anything this build, we are in absolutely terrible shape right now in the Beta. My lvl 80 ilvl 242 Mut Rogue is doing nearly 1k more DPS on live than my lvl 85 Mut Rogue in all 333 is on the Beta. Call me crazy, but that is seriously messed up, even before numbers have been tweaked. With nothing going in for this build they better have some kind of massive overhaul they are working on or something.

    I think Ghostcrawler is butthurt of being ganked like hell by rogues so he hated them so much

    Depends on what side you play. If you're a night elf, you can shadowmeld and use flight form to get out of combat, so I don't care how inconvenienced you are.

    Could be a problem for non-cheating druids, though.

    Looks like a decent number pass, should be the last step before the patch release. Not saying this is the final numbers pass, just the start of them.

    Oh, right, so avoiding becoming a free honor kill justifies something completely broken? I'm okay with it in any other form but our flight form. If we can't root or sheep anyone on a flying mount, it wouldn't be fair to do that to druids.

    They can dispel magic now (so can all healers). Being able to dispel magic and being immune to polymorph at the same time is too much.

    Druid forms change is a nightmare.

    Here's druid PvP from now on:

    Mage/Shaman polymorphs me. Assuming the nerf applies to shifting out of polymorph as well, I wait until it ends. I spend more mana shifting back into my form (which is essentially required for all types of druid in order to actually use core abilities) than the mage/shaman spend polymorphing me.

    He morphs me again. I spend more mana than he spent again.

    Repeat until I'm out of mana and he really isn't.

    Die.
