  • Ice Lance base damage increased by 20%.
  • Frostbolt base damage increased by 20%.
  • Deep Freeze base damage increased by 20%.
  • Early Frost now reduces the cast time of Frostbolt by 0.35/0.7 secs, up from 0.25/0.5 secs.

  • Enlightened Judgements now also Increases the range of your Judgement by 5/10 yards.
  • Divinity is gone, moved to Protection

  • Train of Thought (Tier 5) *New* - You have a 50/100% chance when heal with Greater Heal to reduce the cooldown of your Inner Focus by 5 sec. You have a 50/100% chance when you Smite to reduce the cooldown of your Penance by 1 sec.

Holy
  • Greater Heal now costs 29% of base mana, down from 32% of base mana.
  • Revelations - Holy Word: Sanctuary (Prayer of Healing) effect now lasts 18 sec, up from 15 sec.
  • Blessed Resilience is now a Tier 6 talent, up from Tier 5.
  • Surge of Light is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
  • Trinity is gone.
  • Tome of Light (Tier 4) *New* - Reduces the cooldown of your Holy Word spells by 15/30%.

  • Feral Spirit now lasts 30 sec, down from 45 sec. Cooldown changed to 2 min, down from 3 min.

Restoration

Warlock (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Affliction
  • Bane of Doom now deals damage every 15 sec, down from 30 sec. Now has a 20% chance to summon a Demon guardian, down from 25%. Only one target can have Bane of Doom at a time, only one Bane per Warlock can be active on any one target.
  • Drain Life now restores 2% total health, down from 5%.
  • Everlasting Affliction now increases the critical effect chance of your Corruption, Seed of Corruption and Unstable Affliction by 10%. (Up from 2%)
  • Soul Swap now costs 18% of base mana, up from 6% of base mana.

Demonology
  • Ritual of Souls now costs 27% of base mana, down from 80% of base mana.
  • Hand of Gul'dan now has a 2 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Impending Doom no longer reduces the cooldown of the Bane of Doom damage effect, now Increases the chance for your Bane of Doom to summon a demon by 10/20/30% when it deals damage.

Destruction
  • Shadowfury base damage has been increased by 235%. (Don't get too excited, it wasn't scaled to Cataclysm yet)
  • Burning Embers - The Burning Ember effect deals up to [ 0.071%/0.143% of Spell Power + 23.921 ] fire damage every 1 sec for 7 sec.
  • Soul Leech now restores 2/4% of your total health and mana, down from 5/10%.

Pets

Arms

Fury
  • Pummel is now usable in Battle and Berserker Stance. (Old - Just Berserker)
  • Enrage now has a 3/6/9% chance to proc, down from 4/8/12%.
  • Battle Trance now affects your next special attack that costs more than 5 rage.

Protection
  • Defensive Stance now increases threat generated by 100%, up from 45%.
  • Thunderstruck now also increases the damage of Rend.
  • Incite - These guaranteed criticals cannot re-trigger the Incite effect. (Tooltip clarification)

    Yes it does. Ebon Plague can be spread to all targets in Pestilence range, so it's an AoE 8% increased magic taken debuff. No other class has that (at least none can sustain it without huge DPS lost and mana cost).

    About damn fucking time that pummel is usable in Battlestance...

    /Sigh a WoTF tho, while a slight buff, i'd prefered if they got rid of it and redesigned a real racial. Slightly less crappy racial is still crap.

    Games not out yet, still in Beta/PTR. Complain when the patch goes live and there are no changes to your class and you are in the shadow of other classes!
    Rogues have had few changes in YEARS. Any change has been a minor tweak if anything. The new xpac comes and we get another cooldown to deal with, the ability to heal, and a smoke bomb.

    OH MY GOD I CAN'T WAIT.

    Depending on the class, it isn't too bad to get exalted with Zandalar. I can solo the place as Ret. It took me about 3 and 1/2 full clears grabbing all the bijous and coins I could find. Those runs took about 2 hours. I'm also an engineer so I had the luxury of being able to sell other crap I was picking up along the way. And mail stuff as needed.

    But if you can't solo it then yeah it would definitely be harder to deal get.

    If you noticed, they nerfed a BM hunter's bonus attack power (Animal Handler), which Kill Command scales from. They also nailed BM's focus dump shot, Arcane, dropping it's scaling tremendously as well.

    Have to remember that on the ptr before any kind of patch kill command got nerfed hard.. was hitting for maybe 3k or so damage vs the insane numbers we were getting not that long ago.

    KC still hits insanly hard. Highest crit I got was 33k. With KC -> Steady -> Arcane -> Steady, I am now doing even more Damage as BM as yesterday. (about 9k dps without CDs, where around 6k+ come from my pet). As long as the Pet lives and is able to attack, this really needs adjustment, whereas MM got hit pretty hard in comparison to BM.

    I'm surprised no-one is excited about the buffs to Stampede, Predatory Strikes, and Skull Bash.

    Before this patch, the idea of "run out every 30 seconds on bossfights to FC in and get Ravages" was considered, but ruled out because the loss of white hits was too costly, and it consumed all your energy. Now the Ravages will cost no energy, the window will be 10 seconds, and be +50% crit for the first 20% of boss health. Bear in mind the DPE of Ravage compared to Shred and Rake is much better in Beta compared to Live.

    Looking at pvp, FC can be used while stealthed and doesn't break stealth. So with this change the amount of hurt we can dish out on someone unprepared is a lot higher[*]. 10 seconds is time enough to Maim, reposition, and lay on a few more -- and at the end of our opening sequence we have a full energy bar.

    Skull Bash: talentable to 10 second CD, range now buffed from 0-8 yards to 0-13. Every 30 seconds, Skull Bash someone you're not focusing on, FC back and Ravagespam.

    [*] I know the talent makes Ravage not require stealth. My point is that if someone sees you Feral Charge in, they are forewarned that a lot of hurt is coming and can counter.

    At the beginning of Beta, it was 18 yards...

    Yeah, those buffs are nice, though more PvE-wise than PvP, Ravage still is a position-dependent move, even Maim doesn't guarantee it. And all of that doesn't make up for the psychological disaster of losing sheep immunity.
