There are a number of corrections to the text of tooltips in the latest test build, but the actual damage done by most of those abilities hasn't changed.

The tooltips for Frost Strike, Death Strike, Festering Strike, Devastate, Blood Frenzy and Critical Mass were all corrected. The damage on these abilities has NOT changed.

There are actual changes to Savage Defense, Swipe, Thrash, Cleansing Waters, Arcane Blast and Arcane Explosion in recent builds.

    I thought they originally changed DK specialization to physical absorption only because it'd be too hard to balance the other tanking classes if one had an advantage tanking magic damage...

    But now they give Druids magic damage absorption? Doesn't seem fair... -.-

    you idiots realize the 6 sec CD is on the heal itself not the actual dispel right?

    Stop saying ZOMFGSHAMANSCANTDOARGALOTHNOW

    Its so a shaman cant spam dispel in PVP and have it constantly heal that person as well.

    The DK 'nerfs' seem very minor if in fact they are nerfs and not just tooltip changes.

    Bear AoE threat is pretty much 'Bout time they did something'

    You find me 1 buff to UH DKs that goes live with 4.1... I dare you. There ae about 5 or 6 nerfs going through, but no buffs.

    OH stop crying about mages already. Arcane is the lowest DPS of them all. Arcane can't even come close to competing in a raid. The fire change is simply a tooltip change, not a buff.

    Reading is hard I know. The shaman change appears to be exclusively about the heal attached to Cleanse, in other words an exclusively PVP nerf, which is almost certainly warranted, from what I've heard.

    Yeah...where are the Unholy buffs to match the nerfing we keep getting walloped with? I've lost something like 2K DPS since Cata dropped, and this just seems to be making it worse. Unholy isn't topping meters anymore, so why are we getting constantly rocked with the nerf bat?
