Blizzard said that Titan wont have anything to do with; Diablo, Starcraft or the WoW universe. Its gonna be a total new IP. So this is or a WoW expension or maby WC4?

What are you talking about? When that list was created, the creator already knew about Outland and Northrend, because the list was created in late 2007. He then guessed that the next expansion was a sea-based expansion with focus on the Maelstrom as an engame zone in the same vein as Icecrown Glacier or Shadowmoon Valley. Meaning he was wrong. And without a doubt, not a wizard. Cataclysm is not a "Maelstrom" expansion. Have you not been paying attention for the last year?

btw if the Pandarens were a playable race then wouldn't it be more likely that they were horde? Extract from wowpedia:

Then the tauren will trust more, the trolls trust thrall, the belves will stand there and do nothing. Sylvanas by that time will have probably had her lore developed so whatevr happens to her will happen. So after all of this and cataclysm maybe the horde will come out for the beter? Seeing this the pandaren decide to join with them. I see it is amore likely than thenm joining the alliance.

You've forgotten to quote "Pandaren do not care much for the blood elves or Forsaken.They find all jungle trolls puzzling, as they view them as practicing divine magic, but for evil purposes, which doesn't coincide with the pandaren philosophy (geomancy). They apparently view the troll practice of "voodoo" as evil."

In addition:

Strong reason to join Alliance:
"Their outlook meshes well with the Alliance, and most of the few pandaren in Kalimdor are found in the company of Alliance races. Several (a small fighting force) helped the Alliance fight the blood elves on their way to Outland and Northrend (this is likely a reference to the pandaren brewmaster and mercenaries of in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne who attempted to stop Kael's blood elves from escaping Dalaran). Of the Alliance races, they are particularly fond of the Ironforge dwarves, and citizens of Theramore (especially half-elves, whom they find to be similarly minded and ideal traveling partners). Gnomes and pandaren have the same philosophy when it comes to problem solving.. Pandaren are often found in the company of dwarves in the Eastern Kingdoms, and many have made journeys to Khaz Modan. Being a race that honors their ancestors as well, they aid the dwarves in their search for titan artifacts when they can. "Nearly same beliefs, there is far more shamans than in Alliance (only one[this is obsolete now] race in Alliance use shamanism, and this is the quite new school for them. Also, number of draenei is far less than orcs, trolls or tauren.) and same number of druids."

I doubt Alcaz Island would be the whole island of Pandaria. Although it might have something to do with an intro for the Mists of Pandaria (kinda like how the Ruby Sanctum was a sort of intro for Cataclysm)

I really don't have any strong feelings towards this (neither positive nor negative). If I should speculate:

The war between the Alliance and the Horde and the need for controlling resources continues to ravage even after DW is defeated. Somehow Pandaria is discoverred and the fight for resources continues there forcing the Pandarens to choose side.

What I mean by this is that IF they should become a playable race they will most likely be available to both factions.

Purely speculative though.

I feel sorry for the art department. They'll have to rework the entirety of Deathwing's Chin for china too. It barely passes EU laws , its that offensive.
