Mage - Timelord Regalia


It’s fun to put a spin on any caster class that moves it away from the usual wizardly archetype, and this set provided the perfect opportunity to do just that. Gnomish clockwork technology is an established part of the Warcraft universe, but it’s not something we’ve incorporated into a tier of player armor before. The combination of moving cogs, quilted fabric, and lots of buckled straps give the set an intriguing "techno-mage" flavor.

    I don't see how it's very "Mage-like"
    If anything I was hoping for the goggles to be down
    After a few minutes of looking at it it's not actually too bad, I kind of dig the pattern. Shoulders could be cooler but the helmet is neat.

    While the whole ''techno mage'' design of T13 seems quite decent, I'm not sure if it'd fit a normal mage. (considering techno mages are somewhat different than normal mages: http://www.wowpedia.org/Techno_mage)

    Not bad, but ive seen much beter before.....I like the aspect look into them.

    /dislike Timelord Regalia...they should have patterned it after the Bronze Dragonflight. What do cogwheels, goggles, straps and "techno" have to do with being a Timelord (or a mage, for that matter)?

    Guilty as charged.

    I somewhat like that they're not sticking to one theme (we're getting transmogrification after all), and I can see the gear fitting a Gnome or Gobbo... but I'm not exactly married to the set.
