100,000 Annual Pass Invites On Their Way

Been pretty much solid since Nov - 2006. Not sure if that's good enough, but I guess we'll see.

...as has been said before, it's about 10% of AP holders. Which is quite a lot to put into beta so soon.

No, I want enough servers to provide smooth play for all AP holders at once when beta went live. This is what they advertised. They cannot fullfill their ad conditions? That's their problem, not mine.

So i check my mail for the hell of it "Your are invited to Beta test" And im like O_O WOO!... "You are invited to beta test Diablo 3" ...checked bnet...i have diablo 3 beta*Confused panda* Should i be Excited or disappointed? >.

all Annual Pass holders will be invited before any opt-ins.

This is clearly a lie. My friend has beta, he isn't part of the press, he isn't into F&F beta, he doesn't have Annual Pass.

No invite for me yet, glad Blizzard is pushing themselves to allow as many to get in asap. I know 10% of their total playerbase trying to make it on 2 servers would crash them beyond any recognition. Glad they are trying and they are doing a damn good job at it.

STILL no invite T.T here's hoping they aren't through sending them out?

I'm seriously wondering if the annual pass sign up date or the date you started your account has anything to do with the beta invite. I've been with Wow since the moment it began, was in the open beta actually, and signed up for the annual pass when it was announced and 100,000 people got betas but not me.

You sound like a completely spoiled brat.

They did not advertise that at all, they advertised that you'd get access to the Beta. That's what you're getting.

Patience is a virtue, go do something else until you get your chance, it's not the end of the world.

They said roughly 45mins ago or so that there was going to be invites still going out for another 3 or so hours ...

So we've probably still got around another 2hours of invites being sent out.

Did you have an active account since the beginning? As in, you paid every month since 2004?
If not, it's based on cumulative active time. My account was created in March 2005, but I only have 5.3 years (64 months) of active time (took breaks here and there)

Aaahh screw it I'd rather get the beta and call in sick XD I signed up for the AP within the hour of its announcement and I have been playing since '06... not sure if that's enough though :/

I have been looking at some streams of MoP and I have to say, it wasn't before like the last beta patch that I truly wanted to get in it. It's not really worth being in the beta if there is no content yet. With that said, I don't think that people who wont get in the beta today will miss out on awefully much either sence there is just level 85-86, 1 dungeon and the monks open for testing.

Started in '04 right when MoP came out got AP day 1 and I got in and have payed, or had an active account since then. So they might be inviting people who played for a long time.

Guys, there is a ton of invites going out, don't worry. Think about how much 100,000 people are. Honestly, it's a ton and will take a while to send out every invite. Also, some invites come back, and they have to resend them tomorrow. So if you're tired, go to sleep and wait and see. Because if you don't get it, you'll regret it if you are tired of work or school tomorrow.

Since they are contractually obligated to give the QQers beta access eventually, they should go around picking and choosing the QQers to invite first just to get them out of the way. I'll wait a little longer for beta just to have them silenced. :P
