Well, I was agreeing that Project Black Stone would have something to do with hype over D3 PvP. Now that I know it's not the only domain registered, I'm agreeing even more.

The whole 'project' has likely nothing to do with the eventual name of the game but it just an (internal) code for the new what ever it is.

The "Project" part of it doesn't mean anything special. Most games start under "Project (insert codename here)". Fable for example, was originally Project Ego if i remember correctly, didn't mean it was going to be 'sci-fi' or have anything to do with 'experiments'.

Blizzard has never revealed a new game at a Blizzcon event, only xpacks. Both SC2 and D3 were revealed at seperate events. And in both years there was Blizzcon also.

It really all depends on how much content of Titan they have to offer fans/customers to keep them eager for more, those two games were announced years ago, their practices may be different now. I can see it being announced next year either before Blizzcon or at the event itself.

If they want to up the hype, announcing it a few months before and then providing more information at Blizzcon would probably be the way to go. Assuming hype is what they're after; they might not be.

Not true. they create the lore, they created Sargeras, they can create someone else to kill and another story to explore. Warcraft doesnt die with Sargeras, thats ridiculous. Even if he is dead and as you said, they cant move forward, they can go backward. its called a prequel.
