So, I though I'd bump this old thread to let Shinpukuma (and anyone that is in a similar position) know that the developers will look into this.

Although it's a bit difficult to update spell effects, they try their best to catch these issues and really appreciate detailed reports. So, by all means, keep them coming if you guys are encountering any issues and we'll bring it to their attention in case there's something they can do (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

Dang kids get off my farm!
Adding something that would let us ... park 1 or 2 of our Pets at the farm to wander around like the nameless Dog dose. Tiny bit of personalization sort of thing
There are some changes we’re hoping to implement in Patch 5.2 regarding Sunsong Ranch. Things we’re considering are ways to lure birds away, creating a resting zone, and perhaps a way to have your friends around (NPCs you’ve gained rep with) giving you tasks to do to gain nice perks. Nothing is guaranteed but those are just some of possibilities currently on the table. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

A friend was just offered Brawlers Guild Pass
So, you're creating content that you don't want everyone to experience, but rather just a select "tight-knit" group? But wait, wasn't hardcore raiding, like Sunwell, butchered because you didn't want to create content that not everyone has access too? I'm failing to see the difference.
Everybody that wants to experience it will be able to at some point. Initially though, it's going to grow over time.

If you wanted a tight knit underground feeling, you wouldn't have CRZ'd it.
This only happens when the number of participants is really low, and is also due to the fact that not many guild invites have yet to be distributed. As the guild grows, the participant numbers will stabilize and it's likely to automatically disable CRZ for the guild. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)

We think this is a legit concern. If we make enough content for the player with 4 alts, then the guy with 1 runs out. (Source)

Class balancing for low levels is not only a waste of time but would make end game balance more difficult.
We disagree. Low level balance is still important (just not as) and it doesn't need to affect high level balance. (Source)

Hey GC - before you stated you wished racials had no gameplay effects. Any design reason that can't made so at this stage?
I think the biggest reason is that a lot of players expect racials to have (minor) gameplay effects. Blame D&D. (Source)

PvE
Can we have Raid Finder groups automatically disband if less than 15 people remain? It's without fail a waste of time then.
We're considering it, but in general this only happens when bosses are too hard for LFR (like Garalon). (Source)

Why cant current tier be done cross realm? Many server dont have a large raiding pool...
Worry about what it would do to guilds. (Source)

PvP
what is pvp mainly balanced around? duels, 3s, bgs?
We try to balance everything, but put the most effort behind Arena 3s and Battlegrounds. Duels are almost impossible to balance. (Source)

why do you want gear to > skill in rated pvp?please dont make the new gear change live.. give us cool transmogs instead
Because WoW is an RPG designed around improving your character. (Source)

I would like to suggest making pvp achiements more fun & more current by making new ones every season to achieve- 2k season 12
The risk of PvP ach's is poorly designed ones can cause bad behavior. Don't want folks grinding ach's instead of trying to win. (Source)

Why not go back to the 1 pvp spec, 2 pve specs approach.I know it gives a little less flavor, but it makes balance much easier
Agree it makes balance easier. Another plus is there's less to remember. The trade-off is e.g. the Arcane mage who wants to PvP. (Source)

I don't get it...bow animation is not the same as a gun animation, and crossbow looks a bit different from gun...WHY not just let the toon have the animation that the sword or axe or polearm gives? Make 2-hand to 2-hand, 1-hand to 1-hand and we're done...SIMPLE.

Please please stop messing with PvE due to PvP.

I used Chaos Wave on the adds at Feng for quick AE burst. My group already had problems with killing those off fast enough and a 33% nerf on my highest ae burst really is not going to help us here.

I really wish they would change so that you can transmog daggers to one handed swords, there aren't that many caster swords out there, and I have found the perfect one that I want.

I mean, hunters can transmog a crossbow to a gun or vice versa.

I don't think it has anything to do with the weapon type. Go to any xmog site and just take a look at the models for 2h maces when compared to axes or swords. There's significantly less mace models for starters, and the models themselves are uninspired. I'd blame this more the lack of good artwork.

@Shadesogrey Sympathetic to the argument that 16 bosses is already a big time commitment. Different world from small tiers like Firelands.
Oh joy, get ready for more tiny faceroll 8-boss tiers that take 2 hours to clear and last for 6-9 months.

It doesn't matter that there's 16 bosses in a raid tier, as long as there's enough time to clear it...would you rather have 16 bosses that last for 6 months, or 7 bosses that last for 4 months?

Trouble is, Blizz never get it right. T7 was too easy and lasted way too long, T8 was long and lasted way too short, T9 should never have existed, T10 was long but also lasted too long, T11 was long and lasted too short, T12 was way too short and lasted too long, T13 likewise but more extreme. If they actually got it right so that the size/difficulty of raids were correctly proportional to their duration as the current tier, there wouldn't be complaints.

still useless since there is a 1k weekly cap

Opinions are often mistaken for facts. Also, you're reading stuff into his statement. And the day there are no complaints will be the day the human race has died out

About the spirit kings: weren't they supposed to spawn in random order by design? Please correct me if I am mistaken I thought it was part of the challenge of the encounter.

Saying that getting rewarded more points for something is useless just because there is a cap in place is not a logical statement, sorry.

Because you get rewarded more points, it takes less time to hit the cap, making it feel less of a job to hit it every week, and giving you more time for the fun stuff besides grinding out those reputations

Because on Heroic, there is a large variance in difficulty from one order of bosses to the next. Naturally, when you're progressing, you're going to do the one that is the easiest.

Well, when you're using consumables, reseting the fight non-stop is a large waste. Not to mention you can't tell who's 3rd/4th until you get there, which could also mean you just wasted MORE time if the order is exceedingly harder than this now default order.

The variance would be fine if the Spirit Kings themselves were all tuned together, but this is not the case.

I dislike the argument "what it would do to guilds". They made CRZ as a way to make the community feel bigger in unpopulated areas (apparently non-Org/SW capitals now feel bigger but you can't see what auctions have sold), and you have LFR and LFG to make grouping easier to see content, and we have Real ID to talk with our friends on different realms/factions. I talk with my Real ID friends more than I talk with on-server/guild friends anymore, and we can't raid together in current content unless I fork over money to go back to the dead servers or they fork it over to come to mine, neither of us see eye to eye on this one. Further, they can't seem to locate guilds to raid with because their servers are dead, dying, or lacking in quality guilds that meet their needs.

Meanwhile, I can do current Battlegrounds and Rated Battlegrounds with these people but cannot do Arenas, one of which nets me current PvP gear.

This is a bad argument on their part, because it is either financial or they just aren't interested in really serving the community that's been scattered to the winds over the years. Obviously the system could make it to where guilds like Blood Legion and Vodka could recruit cross server, but those are the top 0.01% of guilds out there and players in those guilds tend to demand people transfer or reroll anyhow in order to raid with them or they would lose credit for certain kills on the progression sites and not be able to really contribute outside of raids to the guild. People I know in the average guild are having trouble locating raiders right now, and unless they start offering free transfer across servers to meet the demands of these raiding guilds, I think they are sabotaging their own effort to try and give some presence of server cohesion. Allowing people to raid via RID would be a boom for raiding, not a collapse of guilds that were on their way out anyhow.

from what ive been hearing 1 certain combo was impossible (i haven't tried the fight) as for the VP change a extra 15 VP per boss is nothing sadly its still the worst way to get VP capped
