  • Arcane Charge now stacks up to 4 times, down from 6. Scorch's damage is increased by 50% per charge, and its mana cost increased by 150% per charge.

  • Ring of Peace was reworked: Forms a sanctuary around the friendly target, causing all nearby enemies within 8 yards to be disarmed and unable to auto-attack. In addition, enemies who cast a harmful spell within the ring become silenced for 3 sec. Ring of Peace lasts for 8 sec.

Mistweaver
  • Teachings of the Monastery no longer affects Surging Mist. New additional effect on Tiger Palm: When you Tiger Palm, you restore 1% of your mana and gain Vital Mists, reducing the cast time and mana cost of your next Surging Mist by 20%. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts 30 sec.

  • Solace and Insanity was reworked for Shadow: Your Devouring Plague increases the damage of Mind Flay by 33% per orb consumed.

  • Anima Ring Enemy targets that touch a sphere will consume it, increasing the damage they take from melee attacks by 100%. for 15 sec. In normal and heroic difficulties In Heroic Difficulty, touching a sphere also inflicts 250,000 Fire damage over 15 sec. the duration.
  • Arcane Blast Each time you cast Arcane Blast, the damage of all Arcane spells is increased by 25% 50% and mana cost of Arcane Blast is increased by 75%. 150%. Effect stacks up to 6 4 times and lasts 10 sec or until any Arcane damage spell except Arcane Blast is cast.

  • Lightning Whip Lei Shen cracks a Lightning Whip across the floor, inflicting 500,000 Nature damage to enemies within 80 yards infront of him, leaving a lightning bolt behind on the ground that can be avoided by jumping over it. Lei Shen cracks a Lightning Whip across the floor, inflicting 500,000 Nature damage to enemies in front of him, creating a Lightning Bolt on the ground. The Lightning Bolt effect can be avoided by jumping over it.
  • Quills Inflicts 125,000 Inflicts 80,000 Physical damage to all enemies within 500 yards.

    Normally I'm not one to post on these forums, but I had to make an account just for this.

    ARE THEY KIDDING ME WITH FROST MAGES!?

    If I'm not mistaken, they wanted to remove the blanket CC on counterspell, and originally added deep freeze breaking on damage (which didn't even make it to the US as Euro mages QQ'd too fast for it to be announced here), and were going to lower cold snap to 15%, while "buffing" to compensate by increasing FoF proc rates and increasing the dmg on frostbolt by 25% (and removing the stacking buff, thus being equivalent damage at all times instead of needing 3 stacks of the debuff).

    So what happens? Mages QQ to kingdom come, blizz reverts the change to imp CS, to deep freeze, and now to cold snap, but is leaving in the "compensatory buffs" to FoF proc and frostbolt damage. So in the end, they BUFFED FROST MAGES. Does anybody else see a problem here?

    So is it just me or could those legendary meta gems be a downgrade over the current ones for rogues. Going from best stat, agi, to worst, crit, cant be good. If that proc isn't fantastic and on a short cd then I don't see it.

    Nice tunnelvision there laddie, the silence was given back to Warlocks as well(but you convineintly don't cry about that) plus Hunters and Priests never lost theirs to begin with.

    I don't know where you got the cold snap part, they buffed the FoF rate of frostbolt because the Freeze from the water elemental no longer grants FoF charges on immune targets, meaning even with the buff to FB there are less charges (so even with your reasoning it would not compensate).

    that was stamina before, not agility,
    but anyway crit is fucking worst, for some classes it's really useless, like for frost dk who don't need this crit at all coz of KM procs, wtf they thinking,

    So, the three PvE legendary meta gems proc on helpful spell cast, melee damage, or spell damage.

    Guess hunters just aren't supposed to use them, eh?

    Cool, OP Asphyxiate gets a buff. Can Druids get the CD on our stun reduced? What's that - you're increasing it to 10 minutes? Thought so.
