WHY OH WHY did Gorehowl not HOWL?! It's where the name of the axe comes from, its associated with the "Hell" Screem battle cry. Books mention this howling sound of the axe in full swing all the time. I was so disappointed, i wanted to hear that Erie death sound.
They really turned Garrosh into a mad man, i mean his deeds just kept him falling deeper and deeper into madness but he had true respect for the horde and all its members. He regretted Caine's un fair unhonorable death, He respected thrall's wisdom, but i guess when the power came to his hands he could not handle it and did not see the horde as a whole only an orcish horde with minor allies.
Really? Where was the blood? Looked like he was just chilling after being winded.
I'm really not sure why people are so excited about this trailer... The dialogue is lacking, Garrosh looked lame, the action was corny.
I think there wasn't any blood because they didn't want it to be too violent, as strange as that may be. Blizzard has NEVER shown blood in any cinematic, except the one with the turtle from the panda starting area. that I'm aware of. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

My point is it's really not detracting from accusations of being "Kung Fu Panda". Frankly, I never found the thought of it being like that movie a negative, but the people trying to defend the game and say it's not the case make my sides hurt from all the belly-laughing at their defending a slowly dying franchise that seems to have long since lost the plot.

In Garrosh's defense, he was using self defense against him. I would totally call it a fair fight since Taran approached him first. He should have known better than to challenge our mighty warchief. Garrosh should have finished him.
Yes, it's an expansion cinematic, not a patch trailer, of course there's going to be a higher budget. However it's proof that they're more than capable of creating far more polished material. Even if the animation can't be up to scratch, tacky dialogue is inexcusable. And, as has already been mentioned, who did they assign to the damn video that left Gorehowl as an inanimate regular axe...
As much as people on here bitch and moan about Cataclysm being terrible, it had a great deal of promise - we dragon slayers were offered what was very likely the biggest damn dragon still living on the planet. If they hadn't very literally got lazy about the actual implementation, such as two long raid patches with 7 and then 8 bosses only respectively, and not making up their minds whether they were going to make things easy or difficult, I would imagine most of the vocal whingers would be supporting it and instead asking "what the fuck is this shit that's hemorrhaging subs by the millions?" of MoP.
I know that someone stated it looked like Kung Fu Panda, someone else claimed otherwise, I confirmed that it was the same level of graphic violence as you'd see in the movie Kung Fu Panda, and that you have nothing of value to add to this conversation.
And please, don't call me "mate", I don't consider anyone with so little to add to a discussion but for making vague insults my "mate". Now, if you'd be so kind as to crawl back under whichever bridge you came from...
only difference is that fluffy panda got impaled by an axe
I can think of a few other differences.
Like, okay, Kung Fu Panda and it's sequel were amazing movies, but this expansion has been out for quite a while now. I thought the mindless and frankly shallow comparisons to it were over and done with by now? Pandaren have been performing martial arts since Warcraft 3, long before Kung Fu Panda was even a thing; more importantly I suppose Pandas come from China and China, like most things asian, is often immediately associated with martial arts and more specifically, the Chinese martial art Kung Fu.
You people only prove to further perpetuate your single-mindedness by beating this dead horse. Why not try for once to break out of your one dimensional way of thinking about Warcraft and enjoy what is quite possibly the best expansion with the most original content in both quantity and quality they've ever created.
BTW, this entire post is not exclusively directed at you, egeszsegere.

Pandaren were in the lore before Kung Fu Panda (all 1 of them), however it's bleedingly obvious that Blizzard have taken some inspiration from those movies in the WoW Pandaren's final appearance, movements, voices
STOP! DENYING! THE! OBVIOUS!
The people trying to defend the Pandaren as being unlike the movies are so many times worse than those saying "lol Kung Fu Panda".
Next expansion they'll have a 100 Acre Wood zone and race of bears that don't wear pants and get buffs from eating honey, and we'll have people vehemently denying any relation to Winnie the Pooh while reminding us that there was a bear eating out of a honey pot in a WC lore book printed in 1994.

That accent is not unique to KFP.
Winnie the Pooh is way, way, way older than 1994.
