Blizzcon Opening Ceremony in 2 Hours, Day 1 Schedule

I wonder, is there some pre talk about Blizzcon on the stream before the opening ceremony? If so, when?

So, when the timer reaches 0 can we expect the stream to come up and go straight to the opening ceremony?

There is. It starts 30 minutes before. It's usually just interviews and impressions from the crowd and the like.

Does anyone know if the free stream for the 3v3 tourney requires an active battlenet account? I quit the game a while ago, but I read that the tournament will be free to watch. Unfortunately, I can't find said stream and I thought it may require an active account. Thanks.
