Their advertising and marketing department must be where the extra 40% staff increase went. This trailer and that store pet trailer had a lot more work put into them. Shame they couldn't give us more dungeons next expansion. I wonder how all of these hype revenues get leaked so easily? Hmm.

I thought this was totally adorable. I loved the gnome! All by himself, without his friends. He wants to play with them, but he's so low level!

Honestly, even tho I think that boosted 90's are going to be hell on wheels for a while, this commercial was too cute for words.

Haha, this was too cute, I can't wait for the pre-order!

The video was nicely done but I thought that Gnome was a rogue. Until he was equipped with a sword and shield. My mind was blown right there.

Under the same logic, I could say that about ANY MMO because most people who play MMOs have played - you guessed it - other MMOs.

That is nothing more than a flimsy ass excuse to justify creating official pay-to-level services as a cash grab. No other MMO, not even the most cash happy F2P one, lets players pay to completely bypass the leveling system. None. And they sure as HELL don't offer "free" max level boosts to subscribers who buy expansions.

Blizzard seems to realize they're on their last legs and they have to do anything to boost the profit margins since each expansion sees incrementally less players. And please don't try to trot out the +200k numbers when that was A) post-Blizzcon bump, B) holiday quarter, and C) still lower than Burning Crusade's sub numbers. Mid-Warlords, at this rate, they're going to be at vanilla level numbers and they know this so they put in garbage like this to try to eek out what life is left in the IP.

you will still get the 90 its just advertising that they're doing it early if you preorder

I think they are wasting too much time in this "commercials" for paid services and mounts. It was kind funny tho.

no its a commercial advertising what you get for preordering warlords, and its not hurting any development time is just giving someone access to machinima toolsand the gnome a model as well as the voice actor that does the racial intro scenes something to do, its not pulling away any development time

Anyone else notice the Human paladin from the postcard disappeared?
