Hell, there hasn't even been a release date on the mount yet, it could be AFTER WOD's release for all we know. Or before WOD. The point is, we don't know, so until we get more information, spouting off on the forums isn't going to help.

Get over yourself already. 1 mount is not going to make the WoD release date change. I'd be willing to bet that there is a small team of people whose job at blizz is to program/ design the mounts. I'd also be willing to bet that these same people have next to NO impact any raid.

So yeah, now we've got the usual hyperbolic moronic tin-foil hat rubbish like we always do when every single announcement that Blizzard ever makes whether it has anything to do with the game or not that spews from the fetid lips of lunatic numpties such as the poster above is now out of the way and can be discarded to the loony-recycle bin where it belongs....interesting marketing ploy for people to find out about the game especially from motorbike enthusiasts, will probably get a few more subs in for WoD...

More likely this is a fun way for Blizzard to research what the actual Horde/Alliance fan ratio is out there without the usual dull marketing questionnaire bollocks.

I think it's actually fairly balanced. However, Horde has the edge on "pride" and giving a shit about their faction and things like this. You need only visit the official threads to see the cynicism from the Alliance players.

Frankly, the fact Metzen is "Alliance" (yeah, name only) for this, as an Alliance player, just makes me laugh. It's almost insulting that "Lord Horde" is basically confirming his bias by making a token gesture of joining our team now. I wont be watching this crap because of that, nor will I be voting. I feel like they had to draw straws for who's on team Alliance and he just lost because there's no way he'd do it by choice. I certainly don't feel I can identify with him, or that he cares about me as a player because he's spent the past 5 years making sure that any character I care about turns neutral and any storyline I get to play makes me feel like a piece of shit IF I even get to be involved since 90% of the Alliance story is put into a book I'll never read.

Such a shit idea. Hooray for a mount I'll never use. Congrats Horde friends.

That was my reaction to the announcement as well.

In full disclosure, I'm not into motorcycles (or cycling of any sort). That being said.... the trailer doesn't persuade me to be enthused about it due to it feeling farcical. I also don't believe the new mount ought to be restricted to the one faction that "wins".

(P.S. Those motorcycles look bland as well as less-detailed in comparison to Mechano-Hog.)

So I'm curious. I don't recognize the orc on that chopper. Is he a generic Orc, someone we already know about, or perhaps a key figure in WoD?
