It looks like we might see some of the unused armor color variants in the future with the transmog revamp!

Clarification: http://t.co/xTKddHt4dr Does the 5% strength for Fallen Crusader apply to Frost only? Or both Unholy and Frost?
That's a Frost perk. (Celestalon)

Shaman (Forums / Skills / WoD Talent Calculator)
Storm Elemental abilities now do 15% & 30% rather than 215% & 428%. Possible change to inherited SP for elemental pets?
Yes, they inherit 100% SP now. (Celestalon)

Art
Honestly I am getting sick of this topic never being answered so I'll ask once more. Will the wep size on fem humans be reduced?
No (holinka)

....Sorry for the novel -cough-
You'll likely see many more variants of things used when the transmog revamp happens (Muffinus)
As in it'll be part of the system to acquire alternative skins, or a whole bunch of pieces are being put in? TY 4 response btw
Not decided yet, we'll have more info eventually (Muffinus)

Character / Items
With the removal of the legendary chain. Will the vender that sells cloaks for os be going too?
The cloak/metagem/etc. vendor will remain accessible to those who have unlocked those items via quests (WatcherDev)

Achievements
Any news on this?
The Sinestra FoS has been unattainable since Mists. Same deal for the Ra-den one once Draenor unlocks. (WatcherDev)

PvP
any idea of what the rating requirements for WoD elite gear is gonna be?
2200 (holinka)

chants appear to be 2.4 tabard 2.6 on beta. Maybe nothing for 2k?
Gear: 2200, Enchant 2400 Tabard/Cloak: 2600 (holinka)

Is blacklisting going away in WoD? Just heard this on the forums, but you know rumors..
Blacklisting is staying. Call to Arms is going away. (holinka)

Garrisons
if you build the "Enchanting" building in your garrision do you get the ability to disenchant or do you still need an alt?
You get a disenchanting font for disenchanting all of the things! (Muffinus)

So I'm exalted wit the Exodar, and I have a Level 3 Barracks for Draenei guards. What happens if I change out the Barracks?
You keep your guards, but need to make your 'rax again if you want to change them again. (Muffinus)

Hopefully more work will be pushed to the GPU, freeing the CPU to push 60+ FPS on max settings in 25 man raids.

I find it extremely weird Blizzard points to 8 year old GPUs as the minimum spec to play WOW.

Rough translation to more modern hardware.

    Required:
Nvidia GPU: 740GT, shoud be even more powerful than the 8800GT. Also look out for Nvidias 900 lineup to produce some budget cards.
Intel CPU: Any i3 dual core from current generation should be outperforming the old Core 2 duos.
AMD GPU: AMD R7 240 should outperform the HD 4850 easily.
AMD CPU: Any AM3+ quad core should outperform Blizzards minimum recommended.

    Recommended:
Nvidia GPU: GTX750 or GTX750 Ti should be adequate. Look out for Nvidias GTX950 / GTX950 Ti once they are released.
Intel CPU: Any I5/7 quad core from current generation should perform beyond the one Blizzard recommends.
AMD GPU: Somewhere between 260x and 270x i believe.
AMD CPU: Blizzard actually listed a modern CPU.

An additional comment on storage requirement. People who took some advice 1-3 years ago may have heard some muttering about fitting Windows + WOW on a 60GB SSD. Sadly this is no longer the case with Blizzards 10GB addition to the game. On the positive side, 120GB today is cheaper than 60GB was 3 years ago. 120GB can be bought for the low price of 60-80 USD, while a 240GB goes for 100-120USD. Plenty of room for low pay, to the point where i run a 500GB ssd and nothing else.

Blizzards recent approach to using more of the graphics card in the game is a welcome one. Earlier you would spend all your money on a powerful CPU and throw what was left on a graphics card. This approach meant you could play MMOs, RTS and other CPU intensive games well. But not much else, first person and third person games were pretty much thrown out the window as they focus much more on graphical fidelity than MMOs. Hopefully you can now get away with around 50% CPU, 50% GPU and still play WOW and every other game without selling your kidney.

These changes will go unnoticed for the though. My chair and table cost more than PS4/XBONE and my screen cost more than most spend on their computer.

So game that use 1 CPU core recommends 4 core CPU? How ironic! In some specific situations WOW cpu usage can climb up to 2 cores, but still, i highly doubt that WOD will use 4 cores fully.

it can use more than 1 core :P It just uses the CPU very poorly.

If you can play WoW now at any framerate above 10, you can play WoW in WoD, more than likely at a higher frame rate than you could now.

i'm at constant 60fps (have it set to 60being the max frame rate. with a mixture of medium+high graphics settings. the only thing i have on fair is the particle density - mostly because it hurts my eyes if it's too intense)

thank you tho. got a bit scared >_<

Put it this way when i built my current PC i did not have a GPU right away just onboard one 4600HD and i could play WoD beta in raids above 18fps on "Good/High" just fine.
