Broken Shore
  • The number of Legionfall War Supplies required to complete construction of the Broken Shore buildings has been significantly reduced.
  • Broken Shore rare spawn creatures that get markers on your map and minimap should remain marked for you after they’ve been slain.

  • Active Artifact Knowledge work orders will instantly complete when a player zones into the order hall if that player has 25 or less total Artifact Knowledge.

  • Cathedral of Eternal Night
    • Group Finder groups should now properly end the dungeon with Mephistroth.
  • The Nighthold
    • High Botanist Tel’arn
      • Solarist Tel'arn and Naturalist Tel'arn now properly mirror High Botanist Telarn's current health when they spawn after Nightosis and all throughout the fight.
    • Spellblade Aluriel
      • Fel Stomp (Mythic difficulty-only) once again properly displays its visual.

Items

Professions
  • An appropriate amount of Obliterum is now given from obliterating crafted items.

Quests
  • Players are no longer prevented from entering the Vault of Eyir if “The Gates Are Closed” is available.

there was a bug yesterday (hotfixed now) where clients weren't getting a GCD on queued spells, effectively forcing *600ms*.
So if anyone played yesterday and thought "This 400ms window feels terrible", that's a misunderstanding. Give it another try.
It was actually "600ms, plus client not showing GCDs" that felt terrible.
My suggestion:
400ms is a good default
[ping+200]ms if you time/spam presses well.
[ping+100]ms if you're always a perfect god.
Anything less than 100ms is just wasting performance, IMO.
Regardless, if you're not sure, 400ms (default) is fine (post-hotfix) (Celestalon)

    We still have problems with some macros that need fix.
    As a demon hunter Havoc i can't use my player/cursor macros because the game keeps confusing (Havoc) Metamorphosis and (Vengeance) Metamorphosis for some reason, its also happening with throw glaive. So annoying.

    I get that I have a ton of souls as affliction now, but going from 20%, to 12%, to 4% is a massive slap in the face for Rend Souls, especially with the damage not doubling as well. Not only are the souls not going to be coming from it that much, but the damage component is now pathetic. It is 1/6th of what it was just before this nerf, and I highly doubt it was going to be that large an addition to our damage anyway. It reminds me of what you did to compounding horror. There is no horror at all surrounding that trait. It's basically worthless. Rend Soul won't have a whole lot of value at all now.

    They were too busy nerfing the already low drop rates on nethershards.

    So not only do MM hunters get a new trait that does nothing usefull, now they nerfed the only good new trait they got?
    10% per point might have been to much, but going from 40% to 16% is a bit much imo...

    Even if that were true, which I doubt, seeing as how many souls I already have now, nerfing it by 1/3rd and nerfing the damage proc is silly. They crippled the talent. It certainly wasn't 5 times better than it needed to be. That's just silly. There is no proportionality with blizzard. They make it 20% at first and can't see how that could possibly be too much, then they end up nerfing it all the way down to 4%, which means not only are souls limited but the damage proc is crap, and then they nerf the damage proc again. It might as well not even do damage.

    I already have near 100% uptime on reap soul. Go look at the logs, that's why it's being nerfed. The point is how ham fisted they are in "balance", and how nerfing the damage proc from Rend Souls was the least of the worries. it's just a joke of a talent at 8%.

    Why nerf rend soul to the ground? I understand if it needs to be lowered but dont half the damage then third the proc chance on top of it. I thought Bliz was all about not making drastic nerf/buffs and more promoting slowly tweaking content this expansion.

    Our contribution is still the same at 100, the overall total that is required by everyone has been reduced.
