(New) Titan Rune Dungeons—Defense Protocol Beta

Embrace the challenge of Titan Rune Dungeons, where you’ll take on a new higher-level difficulty in which creatures and bosses have a variety of dangerous new effects as well as additional health and damage. Bosses killed with Defense Protocol Beta active award loot from the 10-player version of Ulduar. The final boss will also award a new currency: Sidereal Essence. Sidereal Essence may be exchanged for rewards from 10-player Hard Mode Ulduar gear at the Animated Constellation vendor in Dalaran. Activate this mode through the Mysterious Device at the entrance of a Heroic dungeon.

Crusader’s Coliseum: Trial of the Champion


Head to the Crusader's Coliseum at the Argent Tournament to begin the challenge in this 5-player dungeon. You’ll joust head-to-head with some of the champions of the Horde or Alliance before you face the representatives of the Argent Crusade along with the return of the Black Knight.

The Argent Tournament


Join the Argent Tournament in the new quest hub located north of Sindragosa’s Fall in the Icecrown zone. You’ll undertake new quests and daily quests while showing off your jousting prowess to earn new rewards.

Wrath of the Lich King PvP Season 7 Begins


Prepare to take on all challengers when the new Wrath of the Lich King PvP Season begins. You’ll also be able to take the fight to a new battleground as the Isle of Conquest becomes available, pitting players against each other in 40 vs. 40 epic battles.

Even as the call for heroes in Sanctuary continues, back in Azeroth, all roads lead to the Dragon Isles—and to exciting adventures. To help you prepare for the trials ahead, you will get the benefit of the Winds of Sanctuary buff*, which will increase experience gains by 50% for all players through level 70, and reputation gains by 50% for all Dragon Isles factions except the Loam Niffen (who are not quite sure what to make of these strange winds). It’s a great time to finish leveling a character, create a new one, or invite friends to join you in your adventures.

The Winds of Sanctuary buff will be available from June 15, 10:00 CEST through July 11, 2023 11:59 CEST.
