    • Melidrussa Chillworn
      • Ice Bulwark now absorbs 25% less damage.
  • Vault of the Incarnates
    • Kurog Grimtotem
      • Enveloping Earth now absorbs 25% less healing on all difficulties.
    • Broodkeeper Diurna
      • Icy Shroud now absorbs 25% less healing on all difficulties.
    • Raszageth
      • Stormsurge now absorbs 25% less damage on all difficulties.
      • Shattering Shroud now absorbs 25% less healing on all difficulties.

Professions

  • Engineering
    • Fixed a bug that prevented players from teleporting to the Zaralek Cavern with their Wyrmhole Generator.
    • Fixed a bug that restricted the Forbidden Reach teleport option on the Wyrmhole Generator until after the Zaralek Cavern teleport was unlocked.

Quests

  • Added option for players to turn in this quest to Elder Honeypelt during “In the Wake of Ashes.”
  • The quests “A Worthy Ally” and “Tougher Down Under” should now unlock for any level 70 character on an account that has completed the first chapter of Zaralek Cavern on any character.
  • Fixed an issue where completing the World Quest “Ending Their Watch” Could prevent you from completing “A Room Without a View.”

System

  • Fixed an issue where players were unable to access the support site from the in-game menu.

Very soon we will open up the Wrath Classic patch 3.4.2 PTR and we want to take a moment to lay out the testing schedule we have planned for the next few weeks.

We hope to have the PTR up and playable sometime in the early afternoon tomorrow (May 4th), and we will post a full list of update notes with specific areas of focus for this week’s testing as soon as the PTR goes live. We plan to post weekly updates to these notes as more content comes online to test and the testing focus changes week-to-week.

Before we leave you, we want to acknowledge that in previous PTR releases we expressed that we had hoped to be able to publish testing schedules–particularly raid testing schedules–as far ahead of time as possible. Unfortunately we had to make a last minute change to the testing schedule for 3.4.2 that forced us to move the timeline for raid testing forward from a later date to this coming weekend. We will be having a second round of raid testing per the schedule above, so if you can’t make it this weekend you will have at least one other opportunity to hop in and test Trial of the Crusader. Apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.

Thanks to everyone for their understanding and patience as we are putting the finishing touches in place to get 3.4.2 up and testable.

  • Embellishments should not scale with class talents, abilities, or set bonuses that affect the caster’s damage or healing.
    • Developers’ notes: This fix addresses a PTR behavior of Embellishments that was unintended.
  • Fixed an issue where the Elemental Potion of Ultimate Power crafting order recipe was requesting the wrong reagents.
    • Developers’ notes: All Elemental Potion of Ultimate Power crafting orders that have not been fulfilled by the time this hotfix goes live have been canceled.

Quests

  • Fixed an issue where players wouldn’t get credit for completing Chapter 1 of Embers of Neltharion.

Patch 10.1 is live this week in both NA and EU.

Patch 10.1 adds a ton of new content, and addresses some major issues still lingering from the Dragonflight launch.

Season 2 of Dragonflight will begin on May 9.



Official Dragonflight Patch 10.1 - Embers of Neltharion Notes
Here are the Official Patch notes for the Dragonflight Patch 10.1 launch.



New Zone: Zaralek Caverns
Patch 10.1 adds a new zone to explore underneath the Dragon Isles called Zaralek Caverns,




Loamm Niffen Reputation
Patch 10.1 adds the new Loamm Niffen faction to earn Renown ranks and rewards.




Embers of Neltharion Story Campaign
Embers of Neltharion continues the story of Dragonflight, particularly focusing on the Dracthyr, Black Dragonflight, and Neltharion's legacy.






Dragonkin Rebellion Side Quest
