    • Titan-Forged Spaulders of Triumph are purchasable by druids as intended.
    • Lovely Charms now stack to 40.
    • Any player who has a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit in their bags now has a chance to receive a Lovely Charm when in a group or raid and a group member gets a killing blow as long as they are within a certain range of the kill.
    • In all difficulties of the Lich King encounter, players who are tanking raging spirits are no longer valid Harvest Soul targets during phase 3, Vile Spirits in phase 3 now spawn at a greater height, and Vile Spirits in phase 3 will not be spawned as often.
    • In the 10 player Lich King encounter, Raging Spirits have had their health decreased in both normal and heroic versions and then fewer Vile Spirirts will be summoned in just the 10 player normal mode.
    • Svala Sorrowgrave in Utgarde Pinnacle should no longer get stuck in the air during her transformation phase.
    • The Blue Sack of Gems earned from completing a random heroic Occulus dungeon is no longer tradeable.
    • The Tier 10 tanking plate gloves and chest pieces now have their appropriate durability on them.

blizzard should think about that most casuals havent reached him yet. This nerf is just again a gift for the majority of the WoW players: The bad players which play 5 hours a day and call themselves casual.

and ye an endboss of an addon should be hard no matter which difficulty you engage him. Also: Blizzard should think about that real casuals, if they care, care about one kill and then icc is done for them. There is not much left to do in this game and funny enough the hardcore guilds still have content while the normal player has content clear.
Who needs gameplay when you have ACHIEVEMENTS? Don't worry about beating levels, finding ways to kill enemies, or beating the final boss... there are none. Focus solely on your ultimate destiny... doing random tasks that have nothing to do with anything. Metagame yourself with ease! Self-satisfaction never felt so... artificial!

25 man nerf aside, the 10 man encounter was tuned far too harshly for the gearset it is meant to be completed in, which is 251 items. There is still some difficulty to it even while vastly overgearing the encounter.

Oh my God. You defeated a 10-man boss with 25-man gear? How is that even possible? :O

Seriously though. People clearing 25-mans and then going into 10-mans and saying they're easy are r-e-t-a-r-d-e-d.

Also, do notice that it only seems to be the Vile Spirits that were nerfed, as well as fixing it so that the person tanking them shouldn't be pulled away. This means that the Vile Spirits probably weren't INTENDED to play the role that they did previously. Quick your whining, the boss wasn't tested on the test realms, thus they have to make some minor changes while people progress on him. He might be buffed as well, although that's not likely after the first week. We never know, so you'll just have to wait and see.

Quit thinking that everyone are raiding 25-mans, and then going 10-man to farm emblems. Some people are only doing 10-mans(like myself), and so changes such as the Rotface health nerf, and most likely this as well, are needed in order to get the encounter down.

According to wowprogress 2310 guilds killed Sindragosa, while 97 killed the Lich King. These numbers don't support your claim that Sindragosa is harder than the Lich King. Further you are a 25man guild and probably vastly outgear the encounter.

World 2nd Marrowgar hard mode, world 3rd deathwhisper hardmode. Yeah, you are a casual allright.

It was already possible to get loads of charms by doing endless waves of iron dwarves in Ulduar. One demolisher and one guy standing next to the demolisher. The guy just standing there got all the killing blows of the demolisher. I guess Ulduar farming is no longer somewhat of an exploit now. ;P

I haven't killed Lich King yet myself so I don't know from my own experience. But you can't really use that logic when bosses share limited amount of tries and you have to kill Sindragosa (and other wing final bosses) to get to the Lich King. I bet a lot of these guilds that killed Sindragosa and not Lich King have just blown near all 20 tries on Sindragosa. They could (maybe) kill Lich King in 10 tries after that but they just didn't have that many tries left.

Again, I'm not saying Lich King is easier. Maybe you are right and he's harder. I don't know. I'm just opposing your logic because it's somewhat flawed

I was actually happy when Blizz said NO to letting any HK yield a Love Token. I was like finally, Blizz stands up to the unending bitching and moaning of the community.

    Yea that didn't last long.

    Re: Recent In-Game Fixes - February 2010 - 02/09

I haven't reached the LK yet, and this isn't an elitist whine. I would like to be challenged by the encounter (even on normal) and I'm happy to spend time wiping and making mistakes while learning it. Why change it so soon, as it was clearly possible (unlike, say, C'thun pre-fix). Do people really hate wiping so much now that the slightly over-tuned parts must be fixed after one week? Why can't we all just improve our play and our teamwork to overcome the over-tuned elements of the fight? I would like the chance to do so.

Why can't we let time (improved gear) and the zone-wide buff gradually tone down the difficulty and, until then, just keep trying the encounter and improving at it.

I understand that the 10-man LK may have needed nerfs as the *real* 10-man guilds have been unable to kill it. But why do we only allow one week before we decide that it's too hard?

Have we become so desperate to down everything in the first reset that we can't say, 'Yeah, it may be a little too hard but we'll see how people do in the second or third week. If no-one has killed it by then it clearly needs a fix.'

:O I've had 3 of the mounts in bags. Did I miss the chance to trade them to others instead of deleting them?

It lies. Server's already gone down for the restart and Lovely Charms are still not stacking beyond 10.
