Do you ever eat food off of the floor?

It depends where it was that I dropped the food. In a public place or bathroom, no, gross. Basically if I know how dirty the floor could possibly be I just take it safe and throw away the food or leave it be. If I know the floor or ground is probably pretty clean, then yes I pick up the food and eat it.

I pick it up then look at it, if its clean then i eat it... if not then i give it to the dog

Nah, I just let the dog have it, BUT, if it lands on a table or my desk (assuming im at home) then ill eat it.

Depends a lot WHAT i drop on the floor, if its something mushy i just clean it and throw away.
Sandwitch and such depends which side up it lands etc.
Chips candy etc you can just blow the worst off and just eat em.

The second it hits the floor it has germs on it. There is no such thing as a 3/5/10 second rule. If it falls on the floor and you eat it.. your eating dirt. You might as well rub a piece of food on the bottom of your shoe and eat it. Sure you wont get sick, but that's fkn disgusting..

When I was younger (talking about 3th-4th grade) I used to eat food even from the floor in my classroom in front of my classmates. Now I am like most of the people here who say that it depends on the floor.
