Jesse Cox is the guy blizzard stole the voiceovers from in the end of stonetalon quests

They didn't steal anything. I'm pretty sure if you listen when he turns in the quest, Krom'Gar already has a voice (Like, when you click on him and stuff), and it sounds pretty similar to the one that he has for that scripted event. My theory is that after turning in a few quests to Krom'gar, Jesse got that voice stuck in his head subconsciously and so when he went to do the voice-over for Krom'gar, it just sort of fit like that because that was already his voice.

..Hope that made sense.
