    It has to do with the pigmentation of your eyes i believe. If you're eyes are a certain color (i'm assuming blue/grey is the most common, but i think it can happen with brown also) then when the light flashes to your eye..it reflects back. The reason it's red is because of the blood within the blood vessels of your eye. It's really common among people with albinism to have red eyes all the time, since they have little to no skin pigmentation.

    It'd make sense, I'm kinda pale. But on the other hand I rarely sunbath so. /shrug

    My eyes haven't really got a color, they're like mashed with brown, green and yellow-ish tones.

    My parakeet is pretty evil, shes always biting, she goes for under the nail too when shes trying to actually hurt you.

    Sounds like you might have Hazel eyes.
