Rogue Transmogrify Discussion Here

Transmogrifying a weapon takes only the skin of the item. Stats on the base item reman the same. Speed doesn't count, but a dagger can be changed only to a dagger, sowrd to sword and so on. Also leather to leather only (WTF I WANTED SPAULDERS AND HEL FROM PRIEST TIER THEY'RE AWESOME)

The only tier that I'd go for would probably be T5 Deathmantle as a skull hood, in my eyes, is pretty awesome. Otherwise, I'll stick with the eye-patch and some understated shoulders to match. And I'm still really hoping that one item can be copied two or more times (Shard of Azzinoth, I choose you... twice).

Gloves can't be 'tranied' and the legs and boots are cloth, Hunted high & low for white leather armours to no avail Doesn't even look that good; too many different shades of white!

Greyish set was the best I could do that looks pretty nice. Can't find a white cloak for the life of me.

For gear I think I will doubt between the T4, T7 and T9 on my female NE rogue. They all look very good on such a character.
I have matching belt and boots for that matter.

As for weapons: I think from recent and current content, the 2 daggers from T11 (organic life converter and scaleslicer), and the fiery ones from T12 (avools and alysras razor) look very good too.

I will most likely go with T6 slayer or 6.5. I really enjoyed both sets along with cursed vision and glaives.

Keep in mind you can not transmog legendaries unfortunately

Would like to go for gear that represents my race (human). Problem is the best I can come up with is TotC gear (used by Mathias Shaw), the daggers look pretty good but I find the tier pieces utterly horrible. Anybody got any suggestions?

Try obtaining tier 12 then which is pretty much a complete revamp of T9 but pretty much more cooler looking

Stood at the vendor now, and it's absolutely nothing like it :P phoenix doesn't really scream Stormwind either. I want something human like, the only thing I've found that really reps that is daggers like Twin Spike, with the lion emblem on the hilt, and the blue ribbon hanging off the end, etc.

Yes you may do that so I can go ahead and do Double algalon daggers or Double azzinoth daggers in your case
