What is the difference between tank healing and raid healing?

should it be spi<int or spi>int what % hast do i need?

and any other notable things i should know before raiding.

I have read the basic guides i just want to know every one else opinions and try out every thing to see what i like better, some people may prefer int>spi, int<spi
there are several different opinions. i may choose someone or mix them to my liking, i just want all i can get before i get into raiding.
