LOL that isn't even possible as a design goal.

I can't say what their design goal is, but I can sum up in one sentence the reason I will buy GW2 even though I don't 100% care for certain decisions.

"A game that I can pick up and play at any time, with any friends, for any period of time, and have fun, while still retaining a feeling of progress."

It's a bit run-on, but it's the biggest appeal for me. I won't be committing to GW2 as my 'main game' of choice, but I get the feeling I won't have to in order to enjoy it.

Well said. Think this is the secret weapon that will give GW2 staying power without relying on the trappings (traps? lol) of other sub-based games.

    Good post.

Yuck, Elementalist is the ugliest one! Thief and the girl on the far right are dressed really cute. I will wear that.

The thief would be sexy if she had gotten some sun... I don't like my girls pale as death.

Wait, you mean the girl on the far left? I thought she was a Necro. All of them are cute outfits but these are my favorites.

I don't like that Ele outfit though. Too cheeky/cheesecake. The other ones look a little more realistic [still fantasy thou] and some thing you would actually wear. Well, I guess if you were prone to wearing full plate mail in New York... not that unlikely actually.

Left to right in that immage:

    Ranger, Guardian, Necro.

in the other image the first two were Thief and Ele.

and I'd totes walk around NYC in full plate. Minus the helmet.

i am not one who is into toon clothing let alone female armor, but i thought these versions of the armor set the Ele is wearing were better, most probably due to the color scheme.

Yea... can't say I enjoy Elelmentalist armor at all here. Way off topic too!

The Anet goal is to best use the "Massively Multiplayer" portion of MMO by making more players a boon as opposed to a hindrance.
