I don't know about the quality of the PSU nor the cooler mentioned, but it's otherwise an okay setup, if weak on graphics side.

well the main thing i want to know is it the processor will fit in the motherboard and work becuase i know i have to reinstall windows 7 when u change a motherboard but withe computer run fine and work propelly?

Stay with chipset P67 or Z68 (you'll always see them in the title in some way or another).

Using the Biostar TH67XE H67 Socket 1155 8 Channel Audio mATX Motherboard with a 2500K would be a bad choice. You would lose the option to Overclock. As Drunkenvalley stated, stick with P67 or Z68, preferably Z68.
