When should I replace H T12 4set (Shadow)?

At the moment, I'm wearing heroic T12 with legs as my offpiece (wearing H T13 healing legs that are spirit / haste). I'm wondering at what point would it be worth swapping to T13? Scenarios I can think of:

- Full 384 T13
- one 397, rest 384
- Half 397, half 384
- one 384, rest 397
^ replace the 397s above with 410

I'm assuming full 397 T13 would be better than heroic T12, but what about combinations of gear with LFR? Shadow gear is not easy for me to obtain since I am in a 10man with 5 conq users, and I am a hybrid healer/DPS. I also have the option of wearing heroic T12 2set with 397 healing helm and 410 healing legs, but I assume this is a DPS loss. I'm unfamiliar with simming and such. A simple recommendation of what to use would be nice ^^

OK i will start by showing you this
Tier 12 4p - adds 170pp
Tier 13 2p - adds 170pp

Now remember that they nerf the tier 12 4p in 4.3 if u progress in heroic u will never use SWD under 25%, i for example i replace my tier 12 4p heroic with tier 13 397 atm i have 2xTier12(391)and 2xTier13(397) by doing that i got a few hundred dps increase + by SWD under 25% i overall increase the raid dps hope it helpt

Also, that t13 2 set can let you execute freely without having to worry about getting absolutely destroyed unnecessarily (Ultraxion, Warlord, Madness come to mind here)

Thanks, this definitely does help. I'd probably pick up a heroic 2set or one normal one heroic and drop my T12 4set when I get the chance. Unfortunately I have only a 384 2set ATM, but trying to optimize raiding token usage among my two specs.
