http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128506 is a better motherboard than the one you have. if you want to stick with gigabyte get that one. if you want an alternative, the ASUS P8Z68-V Pro is very good as well

WD Black is what you want, not green or blue. If you want to save some, the Samsung Spinpoint F3 is a very good alternative to the WD Black

Make sure you get a GTX560 TI video card, the GTX560 is rather lacking but the GTX560 TI is quite good

    Corsair A70 is a good ~$50 heatsink

If you need to drop money to afford any of these, change the CPU to an i5 2500K. for gaming you won't notice a different between it and the one you currently have

They dont really have any GTX560 TI what if i Drop down to 550 and get GIGABYTE 1GB GTX 550 Ti PCI-E VGA Card.
By the way would installing windows into SSD and games into HDD make any difference? make them load faster or would just improve program work that are installed into SSD only

Going down to gtx 550ti will just make you lose performance in terms of gaming.
A quick search in your site brought up the gtx 560ti as linked.

If you install OS on SSD and games on HDD it won't really make a difference, as you will need your games on the SSD to get an increased loading time. (SSD's don't have much room, so you won't be able to store all of your games there.)

If they don't have a GTX560 Ti look at a radeon 6950 as an alternative or a 6870. The 6950 is obviously a better choice and will perform much better

Why don't you drop down to an i5 2500k and get a better video card? i5 and i7 k's are the same performance in gaming. could get a gtx 570

I can tell you, you won't regret it.

You can otherwise look for other cards in your pricerange, AMD cards are cheaper in terms of price=/=performance in some areas.

Costy motherboard for an average PC.

Costy memory for no reason. The 1333 (40$) or 1600 (45$) versions will give you the same performance.

Cheap GPU... can't believe you would go with a quad-SLi motherboard just to buy an underperforming / overpriced card. Go 560ti or 6870 at bare minimum imo.

Heatsink: Noctua NH-U12P-SE2 Performance CPU Cooler (Universal)- 74$

You can probably just get a 212+ or A70 heatsink for your rig. Cheap and gives a pretty decent overclock. I also doubt you will overclock that much consering your motherboard/GPU choices (which don't make that much sense).

    PS : Don't forget Windows @ 100$
