Reforged for haste exp and hit, got it to 17% even. I'm from what I've read 17% hit is > reforging for mastery. Confirm this?

yes, after you reach poison/spell cap you should reforge to mastery

logged out with pve legs reforged to pve, otherwhise I'm 0.25% over hit cap, which I can't avoid seeing as I reforge out of hit completely.
armory updated now.
Edit: Off to work cya in about 7 hours.
