Looks like everything is in order. Stacking mastery, and stamina due to the 4pc. Parry, dodge lots of that good stuff. Looks good.

In the process of switching mastery gems to stamina as they are upgraded to BIS pieces in preperation for heroic spine.
Currently reforged for avoidance since i'm working on heroic blackhorn.

Gemming and reforging is wrong. You need to replace your gems with avoidance gems or change your reforging for mastery. Also are you a 10 or 25 man guild? if your 10 man the base stamina from gear is enough.

Ignore the weapons, Blizzard has not yet fulfilled my dream of implementing a toggle option to turn enchants/runeforges off, and until 2H frost becomes good again (unlikely this expansion), i'll likely not get any good weapons so I just didn't bother. On top that, my dream weapon; a black/silver sword that is sheathed upon the back to match my transmogrification is currently non-existent. Also, I can't for the life of me get the shoulders to drop from the new instances : /

I'm pretty casual and also don't do bother with normal modes.

For what you have access to your gear's in a pretty good spot 8/10, little over hit cap though, could probably reforge that down to closer to 8%.

Excuse the 2H frost, waiting on soul drinker/hand of morchoks to drop. 2H with gurth simmed higher than DW w/ heroic cleaver/heroic mandible so I went with it since I don't particularly like unholy much. Been getting GCD capped so I'm reforging out of haste into mastery to compensate for it and it's been working nicely http://worldoflogs.com/reports/rt-q5...e/?s=121&e=359 (I forgot to get close enough to have Gurth tentacles attack ultraxion for the first half of the fight, still did alright even with pretty low tentacle damage I think).

Considering his level of gear, it is nearly impossible to reforge properly to gain the most amount of haste/mastery and still be expertise capped and hit capped. Reforging away from any other hit to drop hit nets about a 1% haste and mastery loss. Considering his/her gear, I'd say pretty good (9.5/10 for using H HoR still, lol).

As far as gakpad, I find it funny that with your gear setup, you aren't using Unholy over 2h Frost, considering that Unholy would net you higher dps. All that considered, you are using most of your reforgeable stats to meet the expertise cap. If you are using the standard Ob centric Frost rotation, I would give you a 3/10 considering your reforging. If not, and you are going Masterfrost (which is what you are reforged for) then I'd give you a 7/10 considering your gear level.

I'm aware unholy is better, but I dislike the playstyle and 2h frost reforged to mastery instead of haste simmed the highest at only ~~1.3k under unholy. As I said I'm reforged mastery because I'm finding myself resource capped with a haste heavy build using standard oblit priority rotation. I had already said most of this in my post so not sure why reading it would prove so difficult - 2h frost gears differently than dual wield. Anyway, rate tira, not me.
