Made a post on the official beta forums about an alternative to ranged attacks being dodged. I feel like it's a much better solution. Feel free to reply/like it here:

There's a heated discussion going on regarding the whole expertise thing right now. It's all well and good for PvE, but for PvP it's potentially a HUGE problem. We're definitely going to see some changes in that regard before all is said and done. I favor adjusting our abilities to return on a dodge or whatever like you mention, but only time will tell what Blizzard decides to do.
- The Hunter's Creed -
"This is my pet. There are many others like him, but this one is mine. He is my best friend. He is my life. I must master him as I master my life.
My pet, without me, is useless. Without my pet, I am useless."
New beta build.
Can you please test:
1) How much focus total the new dire beast gives you (now it attacks for 15 sec, restoring 5 focus per hit, but how many hits are there?)
2) Lynx rush is 90sec CD now, how does it behave against 1 enemy? Does it do all 9 attacks against this enemy?
Has anyone also found any rare spawn beasts yet and if so can we get some pics?
Seems like Blizz is completely ignorant of the fact that Stampede has some major issues... all the pets attacking one target is hardly the largest.
Don't forget about the pets' travel time on both Stampede and Dire Beast. The fact that they move kinda slow already undermines such abilities with lengthy CDs.
I said this in the expertise thread, but I linked and updated Spiral's post with the relevant, in-depth concerns about expertise in PvP for hunters, in the proper forum. If y'all can take the time to go on over and upvote and/or bump it with your views/suggestions, so it can get some attention, that'd be much appreciated:

little update i havent read here yet.
Arcane shot and Concussive shot are 2 separate shots again, but the old concussive shot glyph (Your Concussive Shot also limits the maximum run speed of your target.) hasn't been added yet
Stampede is terrible at 10 min cd and 10 sec duration as well as not being able to use in arena or rbgs I am completely confused why this would be our baseline 75 talent. If they put this on a 3 min cd reduced damage a little bit and allowed us to use it anywhere this would be a really fun and exciting ability to have. If we could use it like an enhancement shamman's wolfs but with a lil higher cool down that does a lil more damage it would be perfect. It wouldn't be like its the first time they had a cool ability and gave it to another class either for those who may say well that ability is already in game for enhance lol.
Anyone else in beta think that while lvling we are really crit dependent on killing mobs? On live i can kill something easy with like 1-2 shots but in beta i have crit both aimed and chimera to be even close to killing it fast(atleast for MM).
My crit drops from 25%+ on live down to like 16% on beta and that's only cause our true shot aura gives us the 5% buff or it would be 11% lol. Its terrible and Im level 87 currently with a 407 Ilvl
Update:
-added changes to Dire Beast, Stampede, Lynx Rush, and Trap Mastery
Aspect of the Beast is back but in Glyph Form. Only causes the hunter to become untrackable.

Also looks like Black Ice will become a glyph instead of a talent.
Glyph of Black Ice:

This is intended. Secondary stat rating to % ratio keeps decaying every time you level. It was the same in prior expansions to obsolete previous level cap's raiding gear. This gives you an incentive to gear up for MoP using new gear and a fresh point of progression.
I tested Lynx Rush on beta to see how hard it hit single-target. The answer is "not very hard at all" - about 17k total damage.

I know it's designed to hit multiple targets, but at 1800 damage a strike I doubt it would do much damage in that context either. This is of course pure physical damage that would be heavily mitgated by armor in pvp.
Pretty underwhelming Level 75 talent on a 90 second cd I must say.

Thanx for the video, mate!
So it's about 17K damage, less than an arcane shot crit on single target, and less that a multishot hit on multiple targets. Clearly the skill hasn't been balanced yet. It leaves us to wonder why they improved the cooldown while still keeping the extremely low damage. I mean, even if it were 10 sec CD, nobody would take it.
So as I see it, crows do a lot of damage but cost 60 focus / 1 min, while dire beast gives 60 focus / 1 min with still okay damage. It will be an interesting choice between the two.
Edit: Can you please check if Murder of crows is reduced to 30 focus during BW?
