It's about tact. If you walk up to a female and are like "DAMN GUUURL YOU GOT A NICE ASS" then I'd say that's fairly creepy and or rude. However, if you're nice about it such as giving a compliment about hair or a smile, I wouldn't really consider that creepy. Originally Posted by Seegtease

I dunno, it's really regional. I can think of some types of people and cultures (all within America) that would find that first line perfectly acceptable and be flattered, while some others would find it offensive. And the smile compliment could be considered creepy, but it depends on who it comes from. Only a few could pull such a compliment off without sounding creepy (when giving the complement to a total stranger). Originally Posted by LolretKJ
