2.7 million of 10 million. So only ~27%? I'd want to see a supposed "wow killer's" percentage of the xpac it released in the first week as well. But then again, that won't mean anything b/c in today's world, it's about numbers and not quality which is why wow is such crap now as opposed to the past and why most "wow killer's" don't ever make it anywhere b/c the companies making them only care about the numbers playing. /shrug, maybe MoP is actually good, but, will it continue being good? I mean endgame with that. Quests can be amazing once or maybe even twice, but after that, it's rather meh doing the same thing over and over.

Another note. No mmo will ever challenge wow and it will probably be a while before wow ever comes close to needing to die b/c most people are content with what Blizzard puts out or even more so, they're too attached to wow and don't want to give up everything they have with it to try a different mmo or to even quit. People also expect a game that's to wow's standard when it's released which is damn near impossible to do b/c wow has 4 xpacs on it now PLUS the vanilla stuff. Also, developers are too scared to try anything new b/c of the crowd that has become spoiled by wow expects games like wow.
