All classes have some armor specialization however my holy paladin doesn't have this skill in my spellbook. It should be called Plate Specialization but I cannot find it. Other thing I noticed, all healers/dps casters have a passive that reduces pushback while casting by 70% from attacks but again I cannot find this passive skill in my spellbook. Anyone else noticed this? Is this intended or probably its some paladin change I missed.

We still have Plate Specialization, but it's hidden.
The 70% pushback resistance is a base effect. It doesn't appear in the spellbook.

Yes, it's a bug of it not showing in the spell book. Been known for a while, sadly it hasn't been fixed BUT like Rivin pointed out, it still works, so no worries on that end.
