Arathor battle tabard / Battle tabard of the defilers gone!!

OK now i got a ticket response saying that it IS a bug, and they are "investigating" it and trying to get the message to the developers. Can it really be such a complicated bug that it takes months to fix?
Kind of heated over this because i got exalted like a week after they took the quest away..
Is there anyone who can post over to the US forums and see if you get a real response there? or ask about it straight from GC in a tweet or something?

Blizz usually don't care to fix not gamebreaking bugs.

I remember I reported 2 minor bugs @ beginning of TBC. Blizz said "Thanks. (bla-bla-bla)". These bugs still in-game

Its still obtainable if u ticket a GM to put the quest in ur quests log.
I dinged exalted on my priest after 5.0.4 and went to get the quest, surprisingly the NPC didn't offer it so I ticketed a GM about it, he replied that the NPC is bugged but the quest is still in game and the tabard is obtainable. So he listed the quest in my quest log and I was able to complete it and deliver it.

This is my second tabard btw, I already have it on my druid

Speaking of which, they never implemented those reward titles for getting exalted with the BG's. Conqueror and Justicar (MEEP MEEP!) were always in the game but we were never compensated for earning exalted with Outriders/Silverwing, Frostwolf/Stormpike, or Defilers/Arathor when it was still required for Battlemaster.

Agree. I really hope implementing the Pvp-Faction specific Title's is still on Blizzard's To Do List.

Dinged exalted with Arathi basin after 5.0.4 and found it odd there was no quest for the tabard (5bases) browsed some forum posts where ppl said they got gm's to plant the quest,

First of all gratz on achieving exalted. It's really time intensive for Character's created after Vanilla. Anyway Blizzard is aware of that Bug and will probably fix it soon. Creating Ticket's @ the upcoming PTR could also help.

I know many people got it this way, i have tried to get a gm plant the quest for me with 6 different tickets now with no success..
i even linked the armorys of people who got it after patch to which i only got responded either with a basic "sorry cant help" or "those gm's didn't know what they were doing and we have no right to plant quests which are no longer in game" or "just make a bug report"

Fuck you're serious? My Warrior has it but i slacked on my Hunter, i got exalted at the end of cata and never bothered picking up the quest, fml.

OK seems this is going to be fixed (finally after almost half a year) in patch 5.1. Atleast its in the "known issues" - list

Update on this, the Arathor tabard is on the quartermaster in Arathis Highlands. You can buy it for 2679 honor when you reach exalted. I assume the same holds true for the Defiler version.

Indeed. Both can now be bought with honor points.

Shame those people who did the quest didnt get a feat of strength

Wish it was account-wide, if you got the defiler achievement (reaching exalted obv) you could buy it on alts for the honor.

You can still get it. Just go to quatermaster scroll to last page and buy it ofc req Exalted. Friend was also saying he couldn't find I went to quatermaster and there it was this was like month ago.

Wonder why they had to remove the quests to begin with? I suppose it's because it left this tabard as an outlier compared to the other two (WSG and AV).

Luckily I got mine a while back too.
That sucks though, it is a decent grind so I don't see any reason players shouldn't still be rewarded for it..
