I was wondering if the Troll racial "Berserking" shares any sort of internal cooldown or delay with the on use pvp badge trinkets; or can they be used simultaneously? Thanks.

The troll racial do not trigger any internal cooldown with anything else, it doesnt even trigger a GCD
