    Harviestoun "Ola Dubh"

Translates to "Black Oil" and is matured in the same casks as Highland Park's 40 year scotch.

I desire this! Any idea if it's available in the States? I haven't seen it.

Yes, I live on the East Coast. A buddy of mine bought it for me for my birthday this past summer. I think he said he got it at a Total Wine in Atlanta, Georgia? I could be wrong. Visit their website <www.harviestoun.com> and see if you can find one.

Ah, thanks! I'm in the area of a few Total Wines in VA, so there's a decent shot of getting one there. Woo!

Depends on several factors... like weather, mood, season of the year and so on.
But Thomas Hardy's Ale is probably a beer I would never say no to. Mikkeller/Three Floyds Oatgoop is another one.
A nice kriek fron Cantillon or Boon, a fresh american pale ale from Sierra Nevada... can keep going for hours.
Since I started working in the brewing industry, my beer consumption fell down several levels. When you have your face in hopped wort all day, or have green beer or yeast cover all your clothes and hair, you don't really feel like drinking

Choosing one is like asking what child do you love more? You love them all but differently and for different reasons... same with beer! :P

    Black Watch
    Ricards Red Dark
    Guiness

But this fall I would have to say I have been enjoying Rickards Red : cardigan (great fall beer...love the spice after taste)

Tuborg’s Christmas! Right now, at least. I am not the great beer-taster, usually just drink Tuborg, Carlsberg, and the cheap, but great, flasks from the local store.
