Before we answer, are we talking strictly Disney movies or can I pick from anything their company owns?

After pouring through my childhood memories, I'd have to say Ratigan. Just love watching him go bat **** crazy at the end.

Dayum! So many peeps lovin' on my favourite villain! I suppose it can't be helped when he is this fabulous:

It helps that Jeremy Irons has the best villainous voice ever! And just nails the character. Perfect casting.

I love Ursula the sea-witch too. She's got curves and knows how to use them! xD

Plus, Poor Unfortunate Souls is such an incredible song! The big crescendo, "Flotsam, Jetsam, now I've got her, boys. The boss is on a roll!", is just awesome! That and Be Prepared are two of my favourite Disney numbers. Villains always have the best songs.

    Scar and Hades.

Frollo, Scar and Maleficent, there's a definite pattern forming.

Frollo - one of the outright most deep/sinister/disturbing villains in a Disney film, or any "children's" animated feature ever. 'Hellfire' is just unreal as far as Disney songs go. Scar and Hades also get honourable mentions, for the 'cooler than the main character, but evil' parts.

    Just listen to that!
He's nothing compared to Jeremy Irons

Would have to say Scar from lion king or Oogie Boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas. Love that movie.

Scar is right up there, but Jafar is my favourite baddie. ^_^

Favorite villain is either Gaston or Hades. Most villainy villain though easily goes to Frollo, there's just so many layers to how evil he is.

Thanks for not spoiling it, would have ruined my day.

    Anyways, Scar and Hades.

I completely forgot about Frollo, but yeah he's pretty badass.

I can't really pick, most Disney badguys are awesome, Scar and Jafar probably being my favourites, but also the sea-witch in Little Mermaid.

But to be original, I really like Rasputin in Anastasia. I remember how much he and his minions frightened me.
