PVP Power

Correct me if I am wrong, but as I understand PVP Power it works in BGs and Arena, but doesn't work any where else. Putting this in consideration what about world PVP and PVE situations? How does it work there?

Actually, it works everywhere except PvE instances.

Pretty sure it works against player targets, regardless of where. Just wont apply to NPCs

I am assuming you meant Instances and Raids. That makes alot more sense. I was thinking it didn't work in world PVP and thought that was pretty lame if that was the way it worked. lol

It's disabled in PvE instances because it affects healing as well, and there's no way to differentiate between PvE and PvP healing.

PvE instances = dungeons and raids (and probably scenarios as well), yes.
