Every time i have read about these guys going for hours and hours the only thing that comes to mind is that they all have small peckers, because if they had any sort of size the woman that they are with would be in pain after "hours" of constant banging. Anyway 10-15min sounds right for the actual deed and 5-15min of turn around time for round two is nice(this can be more foreplay or massages or something to get you both relaxed and ready again)

There's foreplay, which takes time to do in a fun and relaxed way. There's... Full-on-play, which is a series of short 'harder' sessions, all doing different things, then, after the woman has climaxed three to four times, there's in-between-play, and then there's full-on-play again, followed by more in-between-play, or after-play.
(also note that 'full-on-play' isn't at all limited to penetration... Penetration is rather boring, in my opinion... Couldn't stand to have that for more than seven minutes straight...)

Look; the desirable amount of sex is indeed between 7 and 13 minutes, but only if you're not being very creative. If you're only at the fore-play/full-on/roll over and snore type of having sex, I'm pretty sure stretching it to last more than 13 minutes wouldn't be much fun.
