Farscape!! Heroes and Lost aren't SF :P but looking at what you've already watched Farscape would be RIGHT up your ally

While I know exactly what you mean when you say that, SF isnt actually defined by space ships and aliens

Farscape or Space Above and Beyond, if you don't mind the second being a bit older - still worth a watch in my opinion (it was, like Firefly, a show axed by Fox due to retarded air times).
You see, there's this thing called "aggro". It's a very complicated, very technical roleplaying expression.
Loosely translated, it means "the priest dies".

Farscape is Great the first episode seemed a little cheesy but if you just give it a chance its as good as stargate if not better. Also the lead roll is played by Ben Browder he also plays Mitchell in the final few season of stargate sg1

Battlestar Galactica. I was laid up from surgery and watched the whole thing over like two weeks. It was awesome.

Firefly is only like 13 episodes, you can do that pretty quick too, and it's great.

The Sarah Connor Chronicles: it has some flaws but is filled with great ideas, character and action.

    Another vote for Farscape here.

Maybe the first few seasons of Sliders? (seasons 4 and 5 were crap. avoid them.)

Also, what's wrong with Star Trek?

Actually, no matter how much you hate Star Trek, if you have watched Babylon 5 you really need to watch Deep Space Nine at least because the two shows are linked in several bizarre ways. Perhaps you know this, since it's no secret, but DS9 has been accused of being a FOX rip off of B5, since FOX rejected B5 when it was proposed to them, and then magically announced a show about a space station with many religious, political, and philosophical themes.

Eventually, the two shows rise above the controversy and even begin to make fun of it. DS9 and B5 use the same actors on several occasions, they also use the same names for a number of characters such as Dukat... and there are tons of cool Easter eggs in both shows that point to the other show. Anyway, if you liked B5 watching DS9 will be fun for you in many ways... you also didn't mention if you've seen the 1 season long B5 spin-off Crusade, which isn't bad at all really.

Oh and have you seen Misfits, the British comedy-superhero show... it's incredibly funny and has some great sci-fi themes.

    Oh dont misunderstand me.
I dont hate star trek, i have not even seen a single episode ^^

I dont wanna invest all that time into a single tv show right now, its quite a lot

You've already watched Fringe and I haven't found anything yet that comes close to that awesome show
Sarah Connor Chronicles is quite good too, like someone mentioned above. Cancelled after 2 seasons though.
I really liked FlashForward too. It only got 1 season though

Raumpatrouille: Die phantantischen Abenteuer des Raumschiffes Orion

German sci-fi series from the 60s. If you can understand German (or, like me, can get hold of a subtitled version), it's brilliant. Otherwise... not so much.

yeah, but the ending was too much of a cliffhanger for a series.
