Best instances to run my friend through?

I want to run my mate through all dungeons from as early on as possible to as late as possible.

We're alliance.

Will be running him through with my 90 blood DK.

10-15?
15-20?
25-30?
30-35?
35-40?

Have him quest to 11 to 14? Higher is better due to instance lockouts depending on how much you want to do at once.

11-18ish Shadowfang (leave shadowfang after you can get and do the quests)
Stockades (until 21)
Scarlet Halls and Monastery (can get in Halls at 21 - SM is better xp unless there are quests)
Scholomance at 33
Stratholme Main Gate at 38?
42 Blackrock depths - 53/54
Upper Blackrock spire to 57
57 Hellfire Ramparts (stay til 59 to get the quests)
Blood Furnace until 62
Mana-Tombs to about 64
Auchenai once for the quests
at 65 go to Botanica and stay til 67/68
Do one run of Shattered Halls for the quests
then do Setthek Halls to mid 69
Shadow Labyrinth around 69.5
do the nagrand ring event then just hit the northrend dungeons in order as they open up
