That could be Glazed, Dry, Brined or Other. Dry being if you didn't do anything to it, Glazed being if you took it out periodically to apply stuff to create a glaze, brined being if you left it in a brine overnight the day before, other being whatever the fuck else that you could do while still cooking it in an oven.
