The German dub is by far the most awesome. Nothing is funnier than Vegeta cursing in German.
Favourite part, I can´t really say, it´s easier to say my least favourite part, wich is the BUU saga.

I was so busy laughing at some of the comments it took me a moment to realize Roshi was laughing too. I was mildly disappointed we didn't see Chi Chi's Kaio-ken, except in the title sequence.

That was Vegito, who you had as #5. The fat failed fusion was Veku, from one of the DBZ movies (Fusion Reborn, I think). There was also two failed Gotenks fusions, one which was fat, one which was really skinny. Originally Posted by Bantokar

By the way, why were all of Gotenks' fusions, successful or failed, called Gotenks, whereas Goku/Vegeta had a different name, depending on whether or not it was a perfect fusion?

In the manga, after the first failed fusion, the rest of the cast ask him what his name is while they are waiting for the fusion to wear off. He says his name is Gotenks. Originally Posted by GennGreymane

It's been a long time since I watched the real version, but how did Raditz and the rest of Frieza's crew think that Goku would instinctively know to obliterate an entire planet, seeing how he was only a baby at the time?
