You are putting an i7 3770k in a Z68 Motherboard. Those two are not compatible.

As far as i know, Z68 boards will need a bios update, but will support IVB chips? :S
Although yes, I do agree that a Z77 board will be better.

Gooby still seems fixed on getting the 3770k so i won't bring that up again :P

Will it fit? Only thing I'm wondering myself other than that is where does the netcard go? I can't seem to spot where it should fit on the motherboard.

That card will fit in pci x 16 by the looks of it.

No those are PCI-E (Express)

Your chosen board does have a PCI slot though so you'll be fine:
