Huge FPS drop after installing new nvidia drivers

I have no idea what is going on. I used to run Skyrim at 60 FPS, then got some weird 0.1 second freezes like loading something when moving around and decided to update drivers.

And after installing them, the FPS dropped from 60 to 12-22. I even restored default settings, disabled all the mods and still nothing. I have no idea what to do shot of just reinstalling everything but if there is any other way, I'd really appreciate advice.

Oh and Im using Windows 7 with gtx 690 video card (and yes, I checked, multi gpu is enabled, not sure if it actually works or not though)

Have you tried installing the version you used before updating?
    Intel i5-3570K @ 4.7GHz | MSI Z77 Mpower | Noctua NH-D14 | Corsair Vengeance LP White 1.35V 8GB 1600MHz
    Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X @ 1372/7604MHz | Corsair Force GT 120GB | Silverstone Fortress FT02 | Corsair VX450

Not yet.. cant find it on nvidia page, just the latest driver. Anyway, I tried something else and ran it on another monitor. I got 3 connected , 2 cheap 24" ones and 1 24" 120 hz one in the middle. When playing Skyrim, I always have the 60hz monitors disabled but I tried enabling a 60hz one and disabling the other ones instead and it runs fine, just like before..

But it still doesn't fix the problem because the 120hz monitor is a lot better quality one and in the middle. So what's causing it? I cant move the cables either because the 3d monitor need dual link DVI and there only one of those on the video card..
