Actually, that's a really great way to relieve back pain. Lay down prone, stretch your arms above your head, and then have someone else pull your arms up while (carefully!) using a foot to apply pressure to your back. Almost guaranteed to pop your back and damn if it doesn't feel good if your back is stiff.

I can do that by just twisting my back, first to left and then right. Feels so good

Oh yeah. But this is a better way of doing it, you can focus the pressure directly on the spine and pop more of the joints. Just be careful about how much pressure they're applying!

Only benefits I can see is it being easy to lift someone that is light/small, easier than someone who is bigger. :\
