Isn't a hospice just like full time, live in care? I usually associate it with end of life stuff so hopefully it's not the one I'm thinking of :P

A Hospice is unfortunately where people who are terminally ill are sent to be as comfortable as possible before they die... I'm sorry.

But as for the trial. Do you know any details on it? I mean, I dont pretend to know you personally, but did you are your mother get along? Did you get into fights/arguments? Anything that would make this seem logical?

I don't get it either, the last time this happened a couple of months ago, she blamed damn near everyone she could think of until she finally said it was the nurse who was doing it. That day she blamed my step-dad until I walked up the steps and she saw me, then I was the one who was doing it, then she flip flopped for two hours until she finally settled on the nurse.

You would think they would check some files about this, how her medication hasn't been all that stable lately and how she has been acting up more than normal.

If she really is that unstable for extended periods of time, you might want to look into having someone declared a guardian or something. I mean if someone has such a loose grasp of reality, how can they give consent to treatment?

My family is the we, but mostly my step-dad and me.

The most I do to "hit her" is slap her hand away when she is trying to grab the pills out of her mouth. Heck she thinks I hit her when I accidentally step on her toes when standing her up.

I have no idea what is going on anymore.
