You don't keep everyone on full hp all the time, since the heals usually have a rather long co and / or high mana cost and / or heal relatively little. :/

Healers in Bloodline Champions are pretty much fun. And the only thing I play there. ^^
But it's not really traditional healing either.
Sure, you have a heal 2/o any real cd and stuff, but nearly everything's a skillshot, more or less, and it's still that top down perspective, so no real comparison to WoW.
Well, and there's a limited amount you can heal after which you can only heal chars up to 40% of their max live, which is pretty nice, balance wise, so healer team can't just retreat and heal up all the time, but it's not really the heal-experience you're looking for imo.

That reminds me, I need to get back into bloodline champions. I played it for a very little amount of time, but the time i DID spend in it I had a TON of fun.
