Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

So beat Borderlands 2 today. Funniest damn thing... At the end, apparently the Rakks would not stop spawning, so Deathtrap kept one-shotting them and they would respawn. So during the whole "cinematic" and "credits" he was killing rakks and stacking up his melee damage bonus plus adding 4sec onto his deployment.
I literally sat there afterwards watching 154EXP flash on my screen and loot fall from the sky until he hit 300 stacks and I decided I'd finally just leave with my loot. lol
Technically, I probably could have sat there and let him farm the EXP for me until I level out of range of the rakks.
